This mincer is amazing, I was using a hand winding one for months, this is a dream machine, I mince everything and make my own skinless sausages as I know butchers put too much fat and breadcrumbs in there mince & sausages , very fast powerful machine 😁😁😁

Hachoir de bonne qualité. La puissance de 2000 w apporte beaucoup d'efficacité et de confort. Dommage bruyant.
Petite suggestion : une grille supplémentaire de 10 mm serait la bienvenue! Même en article a acheter après .

Je l'ai acheté en remplacement du hachoir qui s'installe sur mon cooking chef, qui est Hs.
J ai retrouvé la même puissance et la même efficacité sur des viandes dures comme le gibier et la poitrine de porc.

Very easy to use and has performed well so far. Would give 5 stars if it was easier to clean. It takes less time to mince a kilo of meat than it does to clean it. Happy that I no longer have to buy mince from the supermarket that seems to have a very high water content and doesn't go as far as it used to.

Bought this mincer yesterday 11/3/24 and a deadly hour plus job was over in 20 minutes from go to cleaning equipment. Solid workhorse, beautifully made. Total quality. Well worth the money and highly recommended. Hint, when you finish mincing put a slice of bread through to clean out the meat. [Thanks Mum.]

Absolutely brilliant mincer! Now instead of running off to the butcher for processing of venison offcuts, I can take care of it in my own kitchen. I found no part of the sinewy meat that venison offers was a challenge. Able to process down to a fine texture with ease. Wish I had purchased one years ago!
