Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your feedback. Bluetooth, in a perfect environment, will perform well for up to 30 feet. However, walls, obstacles, and other wireless devices can impede that 30-foot range. If it works well at 10 feet or less, it is likely that there is something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, causing these dropouts.
Try unpairing and then re-pairing your Bluetooth device, as the connection may have become corrupted. If this doesn’t solve the issue. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem.
If the issue is still not resolved, the last thing to try is a reset.
Turn the headphones on
Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds.
The headphones will turn off and reboot to factory default.

Cela fait 1 an que j'ai mon casque est tout ce passait très bien. Bon son, confortable, pratique à ranger car assez petit. Cependant depuis 2 mois mon casque a commencé à ne plus marcher correctement. Il s'allume quand bon lui semble, s'éteind également quand il en a marre alors qu'il est bien chargé. Je n'arrive même plus à le connecter à mon téléphone. Je suis très déçue j'avais toujours était satisfaite des produits JBL, mais je pense que je changerais de marque pour m'acheter un nouveau casque.

I've had them for a few months now, and they have been really comfortable and has great volume.
Just earlier today, I got wacked in my face, and the headphones fell about 40-60 ft down a hill, to hit an escalator covering, then fell into a drain. I fished it out of the drain, and it came out with little to no damage. So, you could say it's very durable.
If you need headphones for anything, I recommend these ones.

Worst headphone I’ve even bought, they crumble after a few months of use, they fall off by the slightest tilt on your head so if your head isn’t completely still forget about it, you can put these on charge for 5 hours and they die in 1. There a couple wast of money

I received this product as a Christmas gift last year and I use them almost everyday since then. The battery life is awesome and sometimes I feel like I get more out of it than was advertised. I love the multipoint feature and quick charge as well and the colour (blue) is beautiful. A small gripe I have is that the band can be slightly uncomfortable on my ears if I wear them for too long. Outside of that the headphones are generally comfortable and have great sound quality. Would recommend!

Compre este producto hace 15 días para regalar. La persona quedó encantada porque el sonido es muy bueno, la calidad de los materiales se muestra resistente y trae la función de descargar una app para el ecualizador. Con respecto a el precio, con descuento, sumado a las 9 cuotas para mi fue muy accesible. La marca Motorola demostró tener auriculares de malísima calidad en volumen y materiales. Por otro lado Sony tiene unos materiales cada vez más endebles y hay que andar buscando que tengan stock. La marca JBL tiene toda nuestra atención ahora.
