It replaces a Windows 10 PC that had started to have issues. The PC is virtually noiseless and the processor and graphics card temperatures are far cooler than temps on the replaced computer. Windows 11 and copilot perform well. The.Wolf security software package is NOT cumbersome and doesn’t interrupt what I am doing. All programs and files ported easily.

Wanted a higher-powered tower for my business, as I noticed my old tower was working slow, especially when running Outlook. Had no issues setting up this tower, it was a quick process. Outlook is now very fast and responsive. I did not realize that the tower did not come with a DVD drive, but I imagine if I ever need to use a DVD, I can buy a cheap DVD drive that connects via USB.

I bought this item a couple of weeks ago. I used it for about 3 hrs- one of which was spent talking to their Tech Support, as as kept getting a 90e message re power fan failure. V patient guy, went thru updating bios etc etc. Their subcontractor came and fitted a new power supply. Used it a few times, loading normal software. When pressed the ON button, it didn't always react, so had to press a few times. Now it doesn't come on at all! In all my years of using PC's this is the worst machine I've ever had. I've used HPs before with no problem, but this one is a lemon. I just want it to be fit for purpose!

Es ist nicht alles Gold was glänzt am HP Z2/G9-Desktop: Die Handhabung des "senkrechten" DVD-Laufwerkes ist gewöhnungsbedürftig! Der Stecker für das Ethernet-Kabel ist schwer zugänglich (vor allem beim Abnehmen (Entfernen) des Kabels! Die Schrauben zur Befestigung zusätzlicher SSD-Laufwerke hätte man mitliefern können! Warum war der Stromstecker für die SATA-Laufwerke nicht gesteckt? Ein Hinweis auf die Besonderheit der Stecker für den Bildschirmanschluss (HP Displayport) wäre nützlich gewesen! Es fehlte ein Kartenlesegerät (SDXC-Karten etc.), das war früher immer Standard?!
