Very hard to remove old one! Almost impossible!

Your customer service was great. The part came quickly and was easy to order, but oh my goodness. Removing the old one was almost impossible! And when we went online we found dozens of comments saying the same. This is a design flaw you should fix. It should not be so hard to remove this when needed for replacement.
